Site Advisory Council

The Brier Elementary Site Advisory Council is a group of volunteers representing faculty, specialists, and parents. Members are selected by the Principal. The council convenes monthly for these purposes:

  • Improve school, family, student, and community communications
  • Increase parents' understanding of curriculum, instruction, and assessment
  • Promote forums for idea exchange and discussion
  • Provide input for school-based decisions

Meetings are open to all, but only Council members may participate. Links to the minutes from recent and past council meetings are posted below
